Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-09-30. Plain language, because plain language is enforceable understanding.
1. What this service is
USDT Wallet is a non-custodial software interface. It generates and stores cryptographic keys locally in your browser and lets you interact with public blockchain networks. We are not a bank, exchange, custodian, broker or money transmitter. At no point do we hold, control or have the ability to access your funds or keys.
2. Self-custody means your responsibility
Whoever controls the recovery phrase controls the wallet. You are solely responsible for backing it up, keeping it secret, and protecting your device. If you lose your phrase and your device, the funds are permanently inaccessible — to you and to us. We cannot recover, reset or restore wallets, and anyone claiming otherwise in our name is fraudulent.
3. Transactions are irreversible
Blockchain transfers cannot be cancelled, charged back or refunded once broadcast. Always verify the network, address and amount. Send a small test amount to new destinations. We are not liable for losses from mistyped addresses, wrong networks, phishing, malware or third-party services.
4. Swap desk
The swap feature routes through a manual exchange desk with explicit stages (awaiting payment → processing → confirming → completed) and a 30-minute deposit window. Rates are indicative until your deposit is detected; a minimum-received amount is guaranteed at the quoted slippage.
5. Purchases via Baltex
The "Buy" function links to our partner Baltex. Purchases are executed entirely on Baltex's platform under their own terms and policies. We receive no payment data and provide no purchase support.
6. No warranties
The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Blockchain networks and public APIs can fail, fork or congest. Never keep more value in any hot wallet than you can afford to lose.
7. Prohibited uses
You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction, including sanctions and tax obligations.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
